Crypto Assets and Digital Assets: One-Day Seminars Hosted by the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center
We now start to organize one-day seminars to build knowledge in the following fields of blockchain technology: 1) crypto assets, 2) digital assets, and 3) asset management. With the rising interest in blockchain technology, the demand for education is also increasing. Without the ability to understand the technology, blockchain’s full potential can not be unlocked.
Blockchain technology will be a core technology for the next decades and will disrupt finance — and many more industries. It is important to have a basic understanding with respect to Bitcoin, Ethereum, other crypto assets and blockchain technology. Many people ask “How can I get into blockchain? What do I have to study?”. Let us from the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center help you!
To respond to this question, we now offer the following one-day seminars:
- September 28, 2023: Crypto Assets: Bitcoin, Smart Contract Platforms like Ethereum, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi)
- September 29, 2023: Digital Securities on Blockchain-Systems: Tokenisation of Assets, Tokenised Funds, Smart Contracts, and Regulation
- September 30, 2023: Asset Management and Investing in Crypto Assets: Custody of Tokens, Various Types of Tokens, Crypto ETPs, Crypto Funds, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi)
These programs aim to introduce participants to the underlying technical mechanics of blockchain technology and web3 and prepare them for implementing projects with blockchain-based innovations, such as decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), Metaverse, Web3, or potentially also central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
Crypto assets and digital securities, based on digital ledger technology, have faced a lot of hype and scrutiny. In this seminar series you will learn what makes web3 and the metaverse so interesting, why crypto assets and tokenized securities are considered by some to be such important pieces of financial infrastructure and what else decentralized ledger technology has to offer.
The seminar takes place in an interactive learning approach with individual support and opportunities to ask specific questions. We developed a concise course structure designed to rapidly bring you up to speed with in-depth knowledge of the topics mentioned above.
The courses are taught by experienced lecturers having worked with crypto assets, web3, and smart contracts for many years. The seminar offers a great opportunity for valuable networking opportunities with other participants.
Register now for the seminar series to attend from February 23, 2023, to February 25, 2023, from 09:00–18:00 in Frankfurt am Main or online.
